1. Timeline
More than likely you already have a timeline from either your planner or photographer. Just make sure you have a copy and so does your photographer to ensure a smooth wedding day!
2. Details Box
What is a detail box? This will have all the items needed for photos. Here are some items to put in there.
- Ring box
- Rings
- Invitation suite
- Your wedding jewelry
- Your shoes
- Family heirlooms
- Anything else sentimental for detailed photos
3. Shot list
Your photographer will likely ask for a list of family photos or wedding party photos. Put together a list of pictures that you want so nothing is missed or forgotten. This also helps the photographer keep pictures quick and timely.
4. A Vendor Meal
If your photographer is staying during the reception or during a meal they need to be fed just like you and your guests. No one likes working on an empty stomach!
