I'm adopted! Well kinda, it’s a confusing scenario but legally I’m still a Zettel, at heart I’m a Zettel-Bester. Long story short; I was put into my forever family with my new brother, and new parents at the age of 10 with my sister. The Zettel side of my family is still a BIG part of my life as my parents knew my blood family through mutual friends.

I absolutely love the gym life. When I first started, shoulders were my favorite upper body workout but lately it's been back 100%, strong girl club! 10 unassisted pull ups are next on the gym goals.

I love nature, life and animals! I'm constantly growing as a person and with that comes learning more about the environment, communities, and geography (quick fact: I skipped my gr. 9 geography exam on purpose and my teacher let me rewrite it and passed me with a 50).

I don’t really have a favourite food anymore, I honestly just love creating great tasting nutritious food. (Psst: Cottage cheese spinach dip, mmm)

I used to be really good at drawing and sketching but lost interest in my teenage years, but I think I will pick up a pencil again once I am exactly where I want to be.

I never read a book until 2023 during the first time I tried (and completed) 75 hard and have read multiple books since. Turns out I just needed to find books that interested me like self development, business and finance.

I'm taking up new hobbies all the time! Some recent things I thought id try are: crocheting a blanket, biking, running, snowboarding, long holding handstands, making bracelets, and lots of cooking. A few hobbies on my bucket list: calisthenics, mechanic basics, mountain biking, surfing, skating, paragliding, driving a tractor and solo skydiving. I have so many more things I want to learn but those are just a few I can think of!

Elizabeth, yeah that’s my middle name. Super popular name but it’s so cool to find people who share the same name!

I have the 2 bad habits of biting my nails and cracking my knuckles. I’ll go in spurts of not biting my nails and then one day I hop right back on the nail train LOL, I’ll kick the habit one day.
